Refund policy

We take great pride in the quality of our handcrafted products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.

Return Window: Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery of the last item on the order.

Conditions for Return: Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: All items that have been laser engraved (names, initials, text, or dates) or customized with a personal logo, symbol, or design are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. These are made-to-order and cannot be resold.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Returning Your Item: After notifying us of your intent to return, you must send the item back within 14 days. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent.

Outbound Shipping: Original standard shipping charges paid at checkout will be refunded as part of your return, up to the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option available.

Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
